"I can't give you good enough quotes, Patti is marvelous! She helped the church purchase 2 properties. The church works by committee so you can imagine how difficult that can be. She has a way of working with groups of people, giving guidance, and bringing them together to get a consensus." Pastor Burkhart (retired Pastor of United Methodist Church, Skokie)
"Patti has an incredible work ethic, the highest integrity, is completely committed to her clients, and always gets results." Ray Majeski (Real Estate Attorney)
My job doesn't just stop with Real Estate... Let me tell you a little story...
I never know when I knock on the door of a potential client how I might be of service, but that's always my intent, to take care of the people I'm working with.
Yvonne a lady from my church called on me to prospectively sell her house. After doing the market analysis which shows what comparable properties in her area are selling for, and showing her the price that she could most likely get for her property, she said, "Oh no honey, I want to sell my place." Then it dawned on me; she had lived in her house for 3 decades and had no idea that her place was worth over $100,000 more than what she expected. Within a short amount of time, I was able to get Yvonne what her home was worth, and get her in a comfortable condo that she could enjoy for many years. Now, I'm privileged to be able to take care of her son in selling his property.
In my profession, the house is the stage. What most clients are never aware of, (in the best circumstances) is the hard work that goes on behind the scenes. It takes a great deal of dedication, persistence and communication with the multiple people involved. There's a lot of emotion involved in the buying and selling of a home and no less when the selling of a home can affect multiple generations of a family when the senior members are ready, or not so ready to move on to something new. You never know what you're going to find on the other side of the door. Sometimes there's a great challenge awaiting me but I am always ready to take it on.
